I was not too sure what I would find in this book... Most of my research about investment property has been done through audiobooks. So, I wasn't sure I could read this one. I finished in about 4 days. It was just full of tips and information. I just really enjoyed it. At first, I thought the only thing I needed was the case studies, but then I thought I would just read the first section, which was about starting... which I thought I already had all the important parts. I have now lent this book to a friend, and have already promised it to two other friends who are considering getting into investment properties. Definitely highly recommend it!

This book has been incredibly helpful in reshaping the way I think about money and retirement. The authors break down complex financial strategies into clear, practical steps that feel achievable rather than overwhelming. What I found most valuable was how the book helped me rekindle and refine my own financial planning, giving me renewed confidence and motivation to put strategies in place for a secure retirement. A must-read for anyone who wants to take control of their financial future with clarity and purpose.

I've read the original book, and with the new case studies towards the end they really help shed light on the reality of investing for a couple with young kids. We had our new born straight after purchasing our first investment property and sit a little on the lower end of household income. But we are still doing this despite all the noise about realestate these days. Highly recommend for those who want to start investing but finding it hard with all the negativity, this book will show you how it can be done.

A great follow up to the original. I highly recommend to anyone that listening to all the property podcasts but not yet making it happen. This is a step by step guide to help you pull the trigger with confidence.

Great book for those setting out on the journey. A great way to hone in on your values and goals and make an action plan. Awesome charts and stats from top tier resources.

Great alternative approach to getting rich quick schemes. It feels like the authors put your interest first. This is also a nice update as property values and examples have changed significantly to their previous book.
